The Virtues have helped me with my Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD and my mental health issues and my relationships with people.
I’ve grown a lot with using detachment and I’m working on flexibility. My staff has been talking about setting me up as a peer-to-peer using technology to help other people with traumatic brain injuries.
Just because you have a disability is not a reason to give up. It’s a tree in the road, it might take you longer but you’ll get through.
